CD Baker was founded in 1978. Our offices are located at 404 Dublin Pike, Suite #1, Dublin, Pa. We are licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to market property/casualty, life and health insurance products.

We are a professional agency committed to providing clients with the best products, prices and services available. As an independent agency we have many competitors, but we believe our devotion to "caring" sets us apart. Steven M. Histand, CIC is the President of C.D.Baker Insurance, Inc. Steve brings over 16 years of experience to the agency and is a highly respected professional throughout the industry. Steve is supported by the agency founder and Vice-President, C. David Baker, CIC, himself having over 30 years experience as an agent and former insurance industry instructor. Both are holders of the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.

In addition to Mr. Histand and Mr. Baker, the agency is supervised by a Service Manager, Ms. Joy Hunsberger, CISR and a Sales Manager, Mr. Todd Moyer, CIC.
